Our stay began with a warm welcome. Letizia's assistance was unparalleled. The amazing lake view from our room was a good surprise after a long journey. The private sauna and infinity pool provided perfect relaxation, although lunchtime options were limited. A minor concern was the road noise by the pool, but it didn't overshadow our very nice experience.

We spent two wonderful nights enjoying the close proximity to both the serene Parco Valle Albano, perfect for leisurely walks, and the fine Gallio Palace, offering a glimpse into the local history that we loved exploring.

great stay with minor room issues

The pool area is a showstopper. The rooms are bright and spacious, not to mention the super comfortable beds. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room.

The bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail.

The Triple Room with Disability Access was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff were great, offering assistance whenever needed. Plus, the views of the lake from the room were amazing.

This place was a good pick for a speedy visit in Domaso, great for the money. We loved the peaceful garden view from our room, perfect after a long day. Make sure to bring earplugs for road noise at night.

Consider bringing your own hair dryer if you have long hair, as hotel dryers tend to be of poor quality.

The hotel had amazing views from our room. We stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Front Lake View, and the balcony overlooking Lake Como was amazing. Letizia at reception was helpful when we arrived, assisting with our transportation confusion from Milan. We enjoyed the private sauna and infinity pool . The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious homemade pastries. Wi-Fi was a bit weak in our room, but Letizia helped us access it from the reception and even upgraded us to a lake view room free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was the information on transport. It could have been clearer when arriving by train from Milan. The hotel provided a warm hospitality experience that felt cozy and inviting.

The breakfast here is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the location is breathtaking. It's so cool that you can just walk to the ferry port from here. 🌅
